So tonight the Canadian election results came in, and it looks like a Liberal minority government at this point. Political analysis aside, the night provided one interesting moment.

At approximately midnight when I last checked, in the Kingston riding where I voted, the Liberals were winning (as usual) trailed by the Conservatives and NDP and Green party. But where it gets real interesting is after that. Apparently someone named "Rosie the clown Elston" is running in Kingston and she pulled 0.5% of the vote, or 180 people. This is actually more votes than the other 2 "serious" independent candidates, Don Rogers and Karl Walker!
